Beautiful, modern 3 bedroom house situated in the heart of rural St Ouen - just 10 minutes drive from the airport. Within walking distance is Plemont beach, St Ouen's beach, miles of cliff walks and Jersey racecourse. Within five minutes drive of the nearest golf course. The nearest café is 7 minutes walk, shops a 5 minute drive. The space The house is located in the north-west of the island - 7 miles from St Helier. There is dedicated on-site parking for 1 car. There is a bus route a 7 minute walk away, however the service isn't spectacular! The ground floor comprises of the lounge and kitchen diner with double doors out to the garden and BBQ area. The kitchen is extremely well equipped with oven, microwave, hob, integrated bean to cup coffee machine, large american style fridge freezer etc. The lounge has a large l-shaped sofa along with 65-inch 4K tv equipped with Alexa, Netflix and Amazon prime. Upstairs is the house bathroom and three double bedrooms. The bathroom has an oversized shower and a large corner bath. All three bedrooms have an Alexa powered echo speaker for music/alarms/weather.
