Relaxing room with door opening onto the beach

The guest room is very welcoming, with some small lights, a transparent cloth canopy, mirrors, and a sliding door. No lock!!Away from the other rooms, so it remains isolated, connected to the dining room and kitchen and to the door to the garden. A relaxing place with a double bed and a corner sofa, on which a child or a person who is not very tall can sleep. If the window remains closed, the noise from planes will not be heard. There are three very nice and friendly dogs: a lab and two pugs. The space All of the spaces can be used, except for the upstairs terrace (available upon request) and my room if you book just the room and not the whole house. Guest access Access to the beach via private gate with a key, garden, courtyard, access to the terrace/sun deck are on request, as it is a private space of the host. During your stay I am available for any type of conversation; I also offer services as a personal shopper (shops in Rome, outlets, designers) at a moderate price, and I can help you get to Rome with my vehicle at a negotiable price.I'll pick you up from the airport for a modest price of €20. On the other hand, if you also need to go to the airport, I offer that for a total of 30 euros Other things to note Relax and enjoy the sea and the beach. Don't let the dogs out. Don't leave the windows and doors open, even at night when sleeping. If so, then cooking is allowed from the second day only. Frying is prohibited because there is no range hood. COOKING MEAT IN MY HOUSE IS FORBIDDEN (I'm a vegetarian :) Bear in mind that we are located near the airport, so you can always hear the noise from planes if you are in the garden.
