Newly built, large detached house set on its own with large area to front for parking and large back garden. BT Infinity WiFi. 5 minutes walk to railway station with 12 minute journey to Cardiff. Local pub within walking distance offering really good selection of meals, with good prices. Excellent retail facilities within 15 mins drive. Large outlet retail park (McArthur Glen) and cinema, restaurants. Various coastal towns and villages within easy driving distance. The space Lovely spacious house, warm (underfloor heating). plenty of hot water. tea and coffee making facilities in bedroom, large bathroom with power shower, bath and heated towel rail. Shampoo, shower gel, etc available on request. Guest access Private small sitting room with television is available to guests. Large garden with summer house and various seating areas. Plenty of parking available in front courtyard During your stay I am willing to collect/drive guests from railway station/pub, etc. We are always willing to help in any way we can, making your stay as comfortable as possible. Other things to note As we have pale carpets upstairs, we would be grateful if guests would use the slippers available.
