The space The key and unique feature of this villa is the pure water pool. Using the latest technology from Australia, the pool water is perfectly cleaned without the use of any kind of chemical or salt. The neutral pH leaves the skin smooth and eyes are not irritated. The villa features 2 luxuriously appointed ensuite bedrooms, each with king-size beds and excellent air conditioning. One bathroom includes an elegant bathtub for those who wish to extend their aquatic indulgence. The living room - with its Western Kitchen - opens directly on the semi-covered pool deck facing a lush tropical garden. The interior design, mixing modern elements with revisited traditional Thai artifacts offers a very relaxing environment to fully enjoy your vacation close to one of Phuket's most picturesque beach and just 15 minutes from bustling Patong town. Guest access The villa is 100% yours. The garden and pool are private. There is parking and 24-hour security. Other things to note Apart from electricity, our price is all inclusive: in particular there is no extra Airbnb service fees to add to the rental price. Check-out cleaning and light-speed WIFI are also included. Children and infants are welcome, and we can provide a baby cot and a baby chair upon request. There is no extra charge for children, until 12 years old, sharing an existing bed. A damage deposit of THB 500 per night is requested upon check-in. Your deposit will be refunded on check-out, subject to an inspection of the property and with deductions for electricity. Make-up cleaning is provided on a daily basis between 9 AM and 5 PM. (Only provided if the guest is not in the villa). Pets allowed (additional deposit) After you’ve completed your booking, we will open a group chat on your favourite app and send you all the information relevant to your arrival and stay in Phuket. You will be able to reach us for the duration of your vacation through the group chat or by phone from 9am to 6pm for any question you may have or anything you may need. We are always available, smiling and helpful. Our driver can pick you up from the airport and bring you directly to the property (1200 THB) where we will be waiting for you for the check-in, at any time of the day or night. Electricity is charged at 7 THB/unit (kWh). We will take a photo of the official meter during your check-in and another one at check-out. We kindly ask you to settle this bill before leaving. You can expect to pay about 170 THB per bedroom per day, for a normal usage, with aircon during the night. But if you leave the aircon running while you are not in the property, you will most likely pay an additional 250 THB. While still a minimal cost, this policy is in place to avoid wastage and preserve our beautiful island!
