Spacious and luminous apartment in the center !

Very calm, spacious and luminous appartement in the vibrant center "the Marais" of Paris. Ideally located for short or longer stays to discover the true Paris from within, just like a local ! From the place des Vosges to the marché des Enfants Rouges, without forgetting the Modern Art Museum (Beaubourg), you will feel just like home ! My apartment is ideally situated close to metro/bus/RER to explore Paris to its fullest, and directly reachable from the airport or train stations. The space THIS IS NOT A BUSINESS AIRBNB, it is my personal home where I live year long. I open up on Airbnb when I go on holidays. This apartment used to be an architects' office. I have personnally redone all the works to make it into a spacious (>80m2), luminous (we boast 11 windows!) and cozy confortable apartment. This is why I am proud to welcome you into my home. The flat is located on the second floor, accessible by elevator, of an Haussmanian building. It faces south and is very bright and sunny most of the time. It can easily accommodate up to 4 people. There is a total of 3 beds in the flat (2 double bed and 1 sofa bed that transforms into a real double bed) : all are queen sized bed with 22 cm thick real mattresses. There is a choice of hard/soft pillows and duvets. The high quality linens and towels are provided. I love cooking, and therefore my kitchen is beautiful and fully equipped. You can easily use the dishwasher, electric stove top, oven, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, toaster and everything you may need… The toilet is separated from the bathroom, and my amazing italian shower will work wonders if you're tired ! In order to respect the neighbors’ peace and quiet, it is not permitted to have parties in the flat. Pets are not permitted. I will be pleased to welcome you into my home that, I hope, will delight you. I will remain at your disposal to make your stay as pleasant and enjoyable as possible. Guest access You will have access to the entire apartment that will be your home during your stay. Other things to note There is only one set of keys available for your stay.
