The space The house with a total area of 190 m2 is distributed as follows: 100 m2 UPSTAIRS: AN AIR-CONDITIONED PARENTAL SUITE (BEDROOM 1): - 35 m2 master suite, it has a very large shower with hot water tank, a sink and a separate toilet. This air-conditioned suite also has a seating area with a TV, satellite dish and sofa bed of 140*200. - 25 m2 of covered terrace equipped with an outdoor kitchen (stovetop, fridge) with a panoramic and plunging view of the sea. This suite is perfect for a family (1 couple + 2 children). A LARGE AIR-CONDITIONED BEDROOM (BEDROOM 2): - 20 m2 air-conditioned room, equipped with a very large private shower (no hot water tank), separate toilet with washbasin. - 20 m2 terrace with panoramic and plunging sea views. These beds are fitted with 2 x 90*200 large comfort mattresses. By default, they are prepared in King size, convertible into 2 single beds on request (to be specified when booking). 90 m2 ON THE GROUND FLOOR: A DOUBLE BEDROOM (BEDROOM 3): - 15 m2 with a double bed 152 x 200 with a view of the vegetation A SINGLE BEDROOM (BEDROOM 4): - 6 m2 with a 152 x 200 bed overlooking the vegetation SHARED BATHROOM for both bedrooms: - 6 m2 with a very large shower (no hot water tank), sink and toilet Linens and towels are provided. The beds are made on arrival. To compensate for water, all showers are equipped with a large bucket filled with water and candles to compensate for the lights going out. Rechargeable fans are also available. Rest assured, it never lasts very long and if ever... a generator will be available.
