Invisible from the road, this well-equipped 50s charming house is built in espaliers amidst orange and palm restanques, and overlooks the Loup, the river that gives its name to the Gorges and winds to Villeneuve Loubet. The garden gives direct and exclusive access to the river, suitable for refreshing swimming. Many intimate corners such as the two terraces, the cabin or deckchairs scattered on the grass, offer rare moments of happiness. The space The house, with its trompe l'oeil facade, is nestled in lush greenery, with pretty views of the perched village of Le Bar sur Loup, against the background of the Pic des Courmettes and the Plateau de Caussols. Well equipped with its kitchen open to a living dining room, and overlooking a pleasant covered terrace, meals are always a friendly and warm moment. Bedrooms (3) and living rooms have been tastefully decorated by an owner interested in art and literature. Guest access Guests have access to the garden in restanques (boards), giving private access to the river, and the shed, as well as the entire home (130 m2) and the laundry room on the garden level, with the exception of the office (closed and reserved for the owner). Other things to note It should be noted that river can be noisy for some, rocking for others, be aware of it. An additional deposit of €500 (cash or check issued by a French or Belgian bank) is requested from guests upon check-in and returned to guests no later than fifteen days after checking out (unless there is any notice of damage or damage requiring a quote).
