Quietly located in a village 10 minutes from Besançon, close to Euroveloroute 6, this bright 40 m2 studio is on the 1st floor, with a separate entrance and a small balcony. Parking (one vehicle) is available in front of the house. It is equipped with a kitchen area, bathroom, double bed, sofa bed. Linens and a "breakfast kit*" are provided. Cleaning is included (except bathrooms, dishes and kitchenette, to be done, supplies provided). The space This studio is 40 m2. The kitchen area is equipped with a fridge, microwave, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, kettle, stove, mini-oven and dishes. In the bathroom are a bathtub, a sink with storage as well as a large mirror, and the toilet. Towels and a hair dryer are at your disposal. For sleeping, there is a 160 x 200 bed, a sofa bed and space to add a baby bed if needed (not provided). Linens are provided, the beds will be made upon your arrival. Wardrobe and dresser are empty so you can store your belongings. You will find at your disposal a "breakfast kit" consisting of coffee/tea/chocolate and cookies. The studio is equipped with a TV. You can also get some air or sit at the table on the small balcony! A binder with tourist activities in our region and nearby services is available.
