Our property has a privileged location directly on the white sand beach of Bwejuu, overlooking the Indian Ocean and the surrounding coconut trees. The space The whole property is divided in 2 identical duplex condos, forming KIMA ZANZIBAR plus the Coconut Tree House, each with private entrance and separate outdoor area . We can also rent the entire place depending on the availability, you are welcomed to inquire. TINGA duplex has a ground floor where you can enjoy a dinning area, offering access to the kitchen and bathroom. The top floor consist of a lounge area with access to the ocean view terrace, 2 bedrooms and another bathroom. Our guest will enjoy good quality bed linings , personal and beach towels, toiletries and everyday cleaning. All windows have mosquito net and the rooms and lounge areas are fanned offering a breezy atmosphere while listening to the waves. The outdoor space is just amazing, directly on the beach, looking at the turquoise ocean and surrounded by coconut trees. Our pool just steps from the house is shared with the other guests of the property. You will probably spend a lot of the time on the terrace, where we put an accent on comfort. Outdoor sofa, shaded area, tropical vegetation, night lighting are key to a relaxed mood. Guest access The property is divided in 2 duplex condos( each with separate entrance) and The Coconut Tree House. Upon request and availability we can rent the whole property. We provide butler service and food and drinks menu available for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Our chef is flexible to cook upon your preferences including catch of the day, Swahili dishes and BBQ nights. Our guests will have their separate terrace with dinning table, exterior sofa. The pool will be shared with the guests that will rent the other units of the property.
