This room in the castle annex, with elegant furniture and marble floors, has a private terrace overlooking the vineyards and Trautmannsdorff Castle. The space Pienzenau Castle is nestled in a beautiful landscape park. It was first mentioned in a document in 1394. The Benedictine monks of the Bavarian monastery of Ettal used the estate as a place of contemplation and recreation until the 18th century. In 1969, the Schölzhorn family acquired the castle and renovated it from the ground up. In the process, the historic character of the estate was preserved and successfully combined with modern interior design. Today, the halls and rooms are used for weddings, private parties and all kinds of events. For accommodation you can choose between different double rooms and apartments, which are located in different wings of the estate and are stylishly and comfortably furnished.
