Between Lakes and River

Old farmhouse located 5 minutes by car from Lake Chalain. A cycle path can also take you to the lake. The Ain River is 1 km away, but there is no direct access to the water. Parking is available directly in front of your accommodation The space One-story house with equipped integrated kitchen (many electrical appliances including a small freezer at your disposal, coffee makers: Senseo + a 10-cup filter coffee maker, raclette oven and fondue stove, toaster, microwave, kettle, plancha. All the essentials for cooking are provided, as well as kitchen towels, paper towels, aluminum foil, and toilet paper. Some ingredients: oil, vinegar, fine and coarse salt, pepper, coffee and filters; flat-screen TV. Bedroom 1: 1 double bed (with pillows, bolster, and duvet with disposable mattress protector) Bedroom 2: 2 double beds 140 x 190 (with pillows and duvet with disposable mattress protector). Optional sheets at €10 per bed (+ 1 bath towel per person) The two bedrooms are in a railroad-style arrangement. Bedding purchased in June 2020 Roller shutters and mosquito nets in all 3 rooms Bathroom: Shower with 5 cm step All rooms are very bright and pleasant. Outside: Garden furniture, barbecue and an electric griddle. The cottage is located in a very quiet place with a view of the fields and sometimes the cows! Cleaning must be done before departure, or there is a cleaning service option for €30. No pets allowed in the bedrooms because there is varnished wood flooring. Guest access Access is possible from 4pm until any time of the night Other things to note Bed linens and bath towels are optional at 10 euros per bed. Parties are not allowed, either inside or outside. Option to purchase the cleaning service for €30 We accept a maximum of 2 dogs at the same time. They are not allowed in the bedrooms because there are varnished wood floors, and they must not be left alone in the accommodation.
