Nice apartment with garden in Athens city center

Recently refurbished, very quiet flat with garden Athens city centre. The flat is in the Exarchia area and it is well connected to the public transportations: seven minutes walking from Panepistimiou metro station, three minutes walking from the closest bus stop. The flat consists of two bedrooms, each one provided with a double king size bed and a single sofa bed, for a maximum capacity of 6 guests. A/C is installed in both bedrooms. The kitchen is brand new and furnished with cooking tools. The space This apartment is located in one of the most central neighborhoods of Athens, Exarchia. The building is next to the offices of a political party, which provides a high level of security. The apartment is on the basement level (-1), and access is only via stairs. The apartment consists of two bedrooms. Each bedroom has one double bed and one sofa bed. Both rooms are equipped with air conditioning units, which can be used for both heating and cooling. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, cooking hobs, kitchen utensils, a microwave, and a coffee maker. There is also a washing machine available for your use. You can dry your clothes outside if you prefer not to use the washing machine's drying function. The bathroom has a shower. To have hot water, you’ll need to turn on the water heater. Please do not take a shower while the heater is on. You will receive instructions on how to use it. In the drawer of the bathroom cabinet, you’ll also find a hairdryer. One very important note: please do not throw anything into the toilet bowl. The sewage system in Athens is old. Use the small bins placed next to the toilet instead. The garden is for your exclusive use. There is also a friendly visitor – a cat – who doesn’t cause any trouble and doesn’t enter the house. Due to a malfunction with the central antenna, the TV cannot display regular channels. However, you can watch Netflix and YouTube.
