Small house 50 from the sea in Leucate-Plage

Faithful to Leucate-Plage for three generations, I am happy to share my love of the region and the tranquility of this small family seaside resort. Our small house with 2 terraces overlooking the sea, is located 50 m from the beach and offers walking access to most shops and restaurants. Ideal for families, the house allows parental privacy in an air-conditioned master suite and an air-conditioned children's room on the ground floor. The space On the ground floor are the toilets, a bedroom with bunk beds and trundle bed (sleeps 3 children), with adjoining shower room. There is also a small private terrace with a barbecue. On the first floor is the living room with an open equipped kitchen (oven, fridge, stove, dishwasher), dining table, sofa bed, TV and Bluetooth speaker. There is also access to a small terrace with sea view, ideal for an aperitif or dinner. On the 2nd floor is the master suite with a bedroom with a 160 bed, a small terrace with sea view, and a shower room/toilet. Guest access An outdoor parking space is reserved for the accommodation. The accommodation also includes enclosed parking for one vehicle. The accommodation is located close to a Tobacco/Press/bread depot store. 2x a week the Leucate-Plage market takes place 100 m away. The house is a 5-minute walk to the village square (beach restaurants, shops, ice cream parlor). It is also possible to walk to various nice beach huts (Biquet Plage and others). Other things to note I provide my guests with a PADDLE in perfect condition with paddle. Our apartment is equipped with a reversible air conditioning stove in the bedrooms, which makes it perfectly suitable for mid-seasons and winter.
