The apartments in this building’s wifi networks and supplementary mesh coverage enhancements were set up by a smart home consultant and designed to be the optimal setup and capable of high bandwidth usage, but ultimately we are at the mercy of the provider, and want to ensure we are managing expectations of our incoming residents who may depend on 100% uninterrupted service. The owners of this apartment building invested a significant amount of time, money, and resources into a complete renovation in 2019. That said, the building is over 90 years old and, though greatly cared for, shows its age in some places. Plumbing is a mix of old & new, so only toilet paper can be flushed (no baby wipes, etc. even if it states on the pkg that they're flushable).
