Amazing typical rural stone house, recently restored, surrounded by olive groves, vineyards and orchards. Not too far from the sea (4km) and from the center of Finale Ligure and Pietra Ligure , famous Ligurian sea resorts. 3 Bedrooms, furnished kitchen and bathroom, private patio with barbecue. Very close to the mountain bike trails of Finale Ligure Two Car parks and bikes parks are available next to the house. Bike Shuttle and Uplifts booking available. The space The house is located in an excellent position by sea, town very close to the first hill of Finale Ligure, world center for outdoor sports and Bikers. The house is ideal for 4 people, but can accommodate up to 7. Three bedrooms in all with 3 double beds. Two bedrooms are communicating, both closed by doors. Also, I note that the stairs leading to the kitchen are made of the original stone and could be a bit steep. For the safety of our guests we have put a handrail to be able to hold. The kitchen is fully equipped (gas stove for cooking, pots, dishes, glasses, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, Nespresso coffee machine). In the bathroom there is a washing machine. Private patio with barbecue. All linen is provided (towels and sheets). On request it is possible to have a travel cot for children and a high chair. WiFi available throughout the house.
