The Loft at River's Edge w/hot tub!

The Loft at River's Edge is a private, spacious, second floor river view apartment at the end the hosts' main house. Views of the Connecticut River and Vermont's mountains are breathtaking. Spacious lawns abound throughout the property. Guests have their own outdoor area where they can enjoy a hot tub, fire pit, gas grill and picnic table. Kayaks and canoes are available for guests to use free of charge. The loft is a comfortable and peaceful place to call your "home away from home." The space The loft is a very clean, quiet, sunny one bedroom apartment over a two car garage, which is used primarily for storage. Although not a separate free-standing building, the loft has two entrances and is completely separate from the main house, not sharing a common wall between the two. Guests have loved the fact that it's quiet, secluded, private, spacious, and fully equipped with everything a guest needs for a comfortable stay. An additional full-sized bed in the main room can be used for a child. The bathroom is spacious and has a full-sized tub/shower & vanity. The unit has high speed Wifi and Roku television with a DVD player and plenty of DVD's to enjoy. Books and games are available as well. There's air conditioning in the summer and a Rinnai heating unit (both of which guests can regulate for their comfort). Guest access Guests may use the entire grounds of the property as much as they'd like. We want our guests to make themselves at home here! We just ask that guests not wander onto our two neighbors' properties so if there's any question about our boundaries, guests should check with us. Other things to note For your convenience, two nice clean laundromats are available for you to use in Woodsville, NH and Wells River, VT called Little Bubbles and Big Bubbles. For guests staying during the winter months we recommend 4WD or AWD vehicles due to the steep hill that goes in and out of the River's Edge property. The hill is plowed and sanded but front and rear wheel drive vehicles may have some trouble unless they have good condition all-season or studded tires.
