No festive events are allowed. The cottage with a capacity of 8 people is composed of several units connected by an inner courtyard: - 6 people in the medieval house of 90 m² - 3 bedrooms. One large living room - dining room for meals together. - 2 people in the independent studio of 25msquared. It has its own bathroom (shower - sink), toilet. - The 12 sqm wooden hut perched 3 meters away with its giant slide is an ideal space for large children. The space After having traveled a lot around the world, we returned to the land that saw us grow where we rehabilitated the old family building to offer you to discover the regional particularities from our cottage. Since 2020, we have been awarded the "Vidourle-Camargue" bicycle and vineyard and landscape destination label. Boisseron is a privileged village 3 km from Sommières, near the river Vidourle, at the crossroads between the Hérault and the Gard, located between Nîmes and Montpellier, halfway between the Cévennes and the Camargue, between Garrigue and Vignes, near the Mediterranean Sea, we invite you to come and explore the more or less known corners of our beautiful region in all seasons. From the Gîte you have access to more than 200km of marked trails, on foot or by mountain bike, some of which pass in front of us! The large crossing of the Hérault (GT34) and the GR 653, chemin d 'Arles to Santiago de Compostela are less than 2 km from the cottage. We are also close to the cyclotourist loops marked by the department of Hérault and Gard. The cottage that can accommodate from 2 to 10 people is composed of: - an old medieval house and winemaker of 90m² housed in the old ramparts of the thirteenth century, full of charm, very quiet and fresh. Fully renovated, it can accommodate 6 people and offers the charm of the old with all the amenities of today: secure parking, WiFi, TV, reversible air conditioning, private terrace of 25 m²... - an independent studio of 25 m² nestled inside the rampart, it can accommodate from 2 to 3 people and it has its own bathroom, toilet, living room and kitchenette... - a wooden hut of 12 m² with an adjoining terrace of 8m² perched at 3 meters with its giant slide. Equipped with 3 bunk beds it is the ideal place to enjoy the warmth of the wood in the shade of the stones. - An interior courtyard of 50m² accessible from a wooden porch of 1817, - a garden (formerly the moat!) protected by the century-old lime tree, where is the swimming pool with its wooden terrace half shade half sun, grilling area and secure parking (for a vehicle). Close to the cottage, you will find local shops essential to village life: bakery, tobacco – press, bar, pharmacy, post office, wine cellar and local products... 3 km (5 minutes): Sommières, medieval town with its inhabited bridge, famous for its Saturday morning market, summer entertainment and picturesque streets (you will also find a supermarket and many amenities). 3km (5 minutes) away: in St-Christol, Viavino (wine museum) with gourmet restaurant and departure of more than 200km of marked trails, on foot or by mountain bike, some of which pass in front of us! 12km (10 minutes): in Lunel, the Gallic oppidum of ambrussum and the Domitian road, the Sunday market, the ponds and the beginning of the Camargue. A few minutes from an A9 motorway exit (Lunel exit), you will have the opportunity to easily discover Montpellier, Nîmes, Aigues -Mortes, Arles, Les Saintes Maries de la mer, la Grande-motte, Carnon, Sète, la Camargue, Anduze, Uzès, Le pont du Gard, St Guilhem le Désert, the gorges de l 'Hérault…
