40 m2 apartment is centrally located (Ljubljana's Central Market) and has a view of Ljubljana castle. It consists of a spacious living area with a pull out sofa and bedroom with wide bed, fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. Can sleep up to 4 people! Apartment was recently completely renovated! Free equipment for kids, free bikes and Nespresso coffee. 7 min. walk to the Three Bridges and all the main attractions! The space -> Apartment is located on 4th floor, so expect some walking up the stairs (no elevator). It has air conditioning currently only in living room. The whole apartment, including bathroom was recently completely renovated and is back online after 2 years break due to covid outbreak, when we did not rent it online. -> Unique location - next to the Ljubljana Market place, the pedestrian zone, nice cafes and restaurants. Grocery store and bus stop - 2 min. away. At the same time it's unbelievably quiet street. It has everything you need for a comfortable and pleasant stay on 40 m2. -> We are Superhosts already for the ninth time in a row! Thank you <3 -> You are able to access the whole apartment. Apartment is heated in winter and with some help of air conditioning, cold in summer. It has a very fast WIFI connection and TV with over 100 channels to choose from. -> If you need any arrangements for children, let us know, as we are we able to provide it, free of charge :) We can provide toys, baby cribs, extra beds,. Just let us know well in advance :) Check out listings photo gallery for more information and photos on what kind of equipment we are able to provide. -> We recommend the space for maximum 4 adults (or 2 adults and 2 children). In case you want to stay there as a group of 5 people, we can provide extra bed, which we charge 25 eur/person/night. Guest access You are able to access the whole apartment as well as our basement, where we store free bicycles (2 at the moment). Other things to note TOURIST TAX: There is a law in Slovenia that host is responsible for informing local police station about every tourist that sleeps in Ljubljana (or any other place in Slovenia). That is why we ask you to photograph your IDs upon your arrival or before your arrival or you can alternatively just fill out form with your data for us (no need for ID photo). We'll also pay tourist tax for you which is now already included in the price of your staying and is currently 3,13 EUR/ per person/per night. You see it as “occupancy fee and taxes” when you book. Collected in the name and for the account of municipality. SELF CHECK IN: We currently have self check-in system in place. All the information for this will be automatically shown to you under your booking information at least 2 days before your arrival. If you need any help with it, you can always contact us. EARLY CHECK IN or LATE CHECK OUT or LUGGAGE STORAGE: For early check, late check out or luggage storage- contact us for more information and availability! We will try to make it possible if we can and it is complimentary for our guests :) AIRPORT TRANSFER: We offer airport transfer from Jože Pučnik Airport (LJU) for 40 eur one way (flat rate). Contact us for availability and number of our taxi driver and please arrange your drive directly with him. PARKING: There is street parking on the streets around the apartment (usually available), payable per hour (1.4 eur/hour, during week days and on Saturday until 15.00). There are also 2 parking garages nearby (250m away). BIKES: We offer 2 free bikes (with locks), without helmets for our guests, stored in our basement.
