All apartment have balcony with old telement view, a lots of plants in the house and balcony, a lots natural light with 04 big windows; All apt have fully furnished, separate kitchen and bedroom, washing machine, 02 air conditioners, hot water, microwave, fridge, .. The apartment is equipped with a king-size mattress bed that is extremely comfortable, clean and well suited for either individual or couples. Other things to note - Because our house don't have the elevator so If you require assistance with luggage, please let us know before and we can arrange someone to help you;- Be aware of this place potential for noise of children play in the yard from 5pm to 8 pm; - We refer to have two guests for your comfortable in this room; - We have separated wifi for each apartment, Free&Fast; - We respect the privacy of our guests but we will always be there should you ever need anything. ______________________ - NO SMOKING inside the house.
