Guest access The cottage has its own private patio under the great old oak tree, and room to park two cars. You share the driveway with the cottage at the front of the property, which has its own parking spot. You have your own washer dryer in the twin bedroom's closet. Other things to note We allow one cat or dog to join you during your stay. We understand wanting to bring your pet for your extended stay. The pet must be well behaved when left alone as not to disturb the neighbors, etc. ***We charge a one time pet fee of $250. This is charged via Airbnb the day after you check in. Thank you.
