The space Experience comfort at your own pace! Enjoy cozy condo living in a 22 sqm unit, catch the sunrise, and enjoy fresh air with a view of the amenities. The unit can host up to 5 guests. The rate shown is for 2 guests; extra guests are ₱300 per person. Beds: 1 double bed (2 pax), 1 pull-out bed (1 pax), and 1 sofa bed (2 pax). Please note: Once booked, cancellations are not allowed. Guest access Guest Information & Facility Guidelines 🏊 Swimming Pool Access Fee: Weekdays: ₱150 per head Holidays: ₱300 per head Operating Hours: 6:00 AM – 10:00 PM Pools: Lap Pool: Closed every Monday for cleaning Kiddie Pool: Closed every Tuesday for cleaning Rules: All posted swimming pool rules and regulations must be strictly followed by all authorized guests. 🏋️ Gym Exclusive Use: For residents only Guest Access: Not allowed 🚗 Parking Guest Parking: No designated slots available On the Premises: Availability depends on slot availability; booking recommended Overnight Rate: ₱350–₱400 Off the Premises: Available anytime Rate: ₱500–₱700 Thank you for your cooperation. Enjoy your stay Other things to note 🏡 Welcome & House Guidelines 💖 Take Care of the Key: Please keep your key safe during your stay. If it’s lost, there’s a ₱500 replacement fee. We’ll collect the key when you check out. 💖 Accidents Happen: If anything in the unit gets damaged or broken, just let us know right away so we can fix or replace it. Any costs will be charged accordingly. 💖 Check-Out Time: Check-out is at 11:00 AM. Late check-out may not always be possible since we have other guests arriving. If it’s available, it’s ₱200 per extra hour past 11am, payable in cash. 💖 Guests & Occupancy: Our unit comfortably fits 2 guests. Extra guests are welcome but must be added to the guest list. There’s a ₱300 fee per additional person. Please let us know — undisclosed guests aren’t allowed according to our house rules and Airbnb policy. Thank you for helping us take care of the space!
