Lakefront Living at the Cove

Updated water front lake house providing a home away from home. Come relax with the whole family at this peaceful retreat while enjoying amazing water views of Lake Livingston. This home allows you to refresh, renew and restore whether staying for a weekend or a week. Enjoy fishing or swimming in the backyard or take a drive to some of the area fishing piers for some fun. The back patio is equipped with a gas grill and patio set to enjoy your families favorite meal. The space The home has 3 bedrooms and 5 beds. There are two bedrooms with a queen bed in each. There is a third bedroom with a bunk bed that has 1 full, a twin on top and a trundle on the bottom. The home can accommodate a maximum of up to 10 people if the two air mattresses that are available are utilized. Due to occupancy requirements from the city we are only able to accommodate 8 adults maximum and up to 10 means the rest of the guests would have to be children. Other things to note There will be no access to the garage. There will be no access to the hallway closet. Guests will have to provide their own life jackets if going into the lake. Guests will need to watch their step when accessing the master bedroom off of the kitchen (step down). Guests will need to watch their step when leaving the patio to go to the rear yard as the top step is low.
