Family house, beauty of pure nature and hills

Welcome to "Domaine de Balesta" The house is located in the middle of a private and fenced 400 ha estate with forests, plains and a lake, where you can walk, observe animals, go boating, fishing. Some interesting places to visit: Toulouse, the Hautes-Pyrénées (Pic du Midi, Tour Malet, Lourdes, Bagnères de Luchon, ...) and Ariège (the caves of Mas-d'Azil, the tree climbing, St-Lizière . ..). The space This large, recently renovated cottage for 12 people consists of 2 apartments (max 6 people per apartment) with 3 bedrooms, living room (fitted kitchen, living room and dining table) and bathroom (shower). Possibility of additional beds in a dormitory (max 6 people) with sanitary facilities (showers). Fenced garden with secure swimming pool (4x8), garden furniture, ping-pong table .... Apart. 1 on the ground floor, apart. 2 on the 1st floor is accessible by an external staircase. By apartment: 1 bedroom with double bed (160x200) and 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds (90x200) dormitory: 6 single beds (90x200) Guest access The entire house is reserved for you. You have free access to the lake and the park. The pool is open from 15.06 to 15.09 OR depending on the good weather. Safety is ensured by a fence and a gate. The pool is not heated. Other things to note Bed linen (bedding) and towels are optional and available at an additional cost. Please make the request in your communications. When you leave : The kitchen must be tidy and clean, the dishes must be clean and tidy, the dishwasher must be empty. You deposit all household waste in the containers at the entrance of the domain and recycling waste (glass, cardboard, plastic, cans, ...) in the containers of the municipality.
