The price listed is for exclusive use of the whole resort for 16 people with use of 4 bedrooms (2nd and 3rd floor). In excess of 16 people, guests are required to get additional room for Php5,000 per room per night that can accommodate 4 people each. Maximum occupancy is 28 people. Price includes the use of kitchen, indoor pavillion (for meeting and dining), billiards, videoke, swimming pool and chapel. The space Nimiyan Place is a private resort and events place situated in Mendez, Cavite. Place is peaceful and relaxing for any intimate occassions. Our place has a 2BR family room and 5 other deluxe rooms that can comfortably accommodate 26 persons for overnight stay. Amenities includes kiddie and adult swimming pool, full kitchen, indoor/outdoor dining area, gazeebos, videoke room, billiard table and a small chapel. Other facilities for rent are ATVs, native houses and steam sauna room.
