The space “Cum a cà” means “Like home” in the Turin dialect — and that’s exactly how I want you to feel: welcome, comfortable, and at ease in a cozy and well-kept family house. A welcoming stay for families, cyclists and motorcyclists (with safe courtyard parking), remote workers, or anyone looking to enjoy a short break in the city. Fully equipped, and features high-speed fiber optic Wi-Fi for a fast and stable connection. Upon request, I can provide: - an extra bed, - a crib for children aged 0–3, - and a high chair for little ones. The apartment includes: - a spacious living area with a work corner and two single beds, - a double bedroom, - a modern and functional bathroom, - a fully equipped kitchen, complete with a high chair. The real highlight? A large panoramic terrace with a breathtaking view of Turin and the Mole Antonelliana — it’ll feel like you could almost reach out and touch it! Thanks to the natural airflow and exposure (east/west), THE APARTMENT DOESN'T HAVE AIR CONDITIONING, as it stays pleasantly cool even in the warmer months . As long as you keep the windows and shutters open at night, you'll enjoy a refreshing natural breeze. But if you're not a fan of morning sunlight, this might not be the place for you! Your safety is ensured by secure gates, and your privacy is total—no nosy neighbors here! No one can peek inside: you’re above them all! While located in a quiet and peaceful position, the apartment is just steps away from local aperitivo spots and Turin’s vibrant nightlife. You'll be in the heart of Torino, besides the Mole Antonelliana and Cinema Museum, a few steps from the Holy Shroud Chapel , Egyptian Museum, Royal theatre, Porta Palazzo Street market. Secure parking is available upon request (external service, extra charge). Rates and management are handled by an external garage and may vary depending on the length of your stay. Please make sure to carefully read the house rules, as they are an integral and binding part of the booking. Guest access Enjoy the use of the entire flat, balcony and terrace. Bicycle and motorbike parking slots are available in the building's courtyard. Car parking in the surroundings is not free and not safe (Controlled Traffic Zone) Closed to the building a private safe car parking is avaliable 24/24 hours , on request only. Parking and related payments are the responsibility of the Garage management. 100% electric cars are not allowed. Reservations must be made Monday to Friday 7.30 a.m. - Saturday 7.30 a.m. - 1 p.m. In adddition, there is an underground, unguarded pay car park 3 minutes walk distance - 250 metres 100% electric cars are allowed. The flat is located on the eighth floor and is equipped with a spacious, original 1950s lift whose entrance door is 70 cm wide and allows easy passage for wheelchairs and buggies. Kids are welcome: for them – and you too – I set up board games and books. A cot is available for children aged 0 to 3 . Other things to note The flat is not equipped for mobility disabled persons, but no barriers impede the access from the main entrance of the building and to the apartment. Similarly, the bathroom does not have any specific features for the mobility disabled, but is equipped with two stable grab bars in the shower and a non-slip carpet. A toilet adapter and shower chair are available on request. When you book my place I invite you to share with me, as far as possible, an eco-friendly behaviour by implementing some small and simple daily actions: to remind, you will find 'little green leaves' that will suggest the correct action. For waste collection, in the last image of the photo gallery you will find the QR Code to download Junker, the app that shows how to deliver waste in Turin and in other locations you will find on your travels as well.
