La Collada is an old rural house of more than 100 years, made of stone and wood, totally rehabilitated with rustic flavor. It is nestled on a 250 Hectare estate but the house is totally independent. It is ideal for tourists who want more privacy and have a lot of outdoor land since it has an exclusive grassland area of the house. If you stay at Veredales Casa rural La Collada, you will enjoy magnificent views of the Picos de Europa. The space La Casería La Collada consists of two floors (staircase access). At the bottom is the living-dining room with fireplace, the fully equipped kitchen and a small toilet. In the upper part, there are two double rooms (two single beds), each with its full private bathroom and a balcony (called "corridor" in Asturias). On the lower part and on the outside, there is a porch with a seat (typical Asturian bench with a folding table).
