Everything you need, including 2 beds (1 Queen bed in bedroom & 1 twin sofa bed), well-equipped kitchen, parking permit, WIFI, Roku TVs, beach towels & chairs, umbrella. Restaurants, bars, shopping, Dolphin tours, fishing tours, boat & ski rentals ...are in walking distance. The space Beach chairs & umbrella, beach towels are available for guests to use at no charges. Free parking with parking permit is provided for guests during their stay. Wi-Fi is provided and connecting to 2 smart TVs for your use. A queen bed in in the bedroom and a sofa bed (pull out from the sofa, equivalent to a full-size bed). Relaxing, reading in the porch with bay view or fishing on the docks. Guest access Docks and boat slips are on the premises. Guests can dock a boat with permit, sign a hold harmless agreement and pay an additional fee of $25/day during their stay. Spaces are limited (first comes, first serves).
