The front door and your room have different codes, so it will help to keep your phone handy when you leave just in case you forget your passcodes. Please make sure to lock the front or back door anytime you leave. Please keep front and back doors locked at all times. You will receive door codes and wifi password upon check-in. Please feel free to use common areas and kitchen supplies at your convenience during daytime hours (7am-10pm) but please leave as you found! If you use cups, plates, utensils, dishware--- clean and return to where you found after use! Do not stack dirty items in sink or drying rack. If you know you won't clean after yourself, please use disposable kitchen utensils and eating supplies. The listing is discounted without a cleaning fee and there is no live in maid built into the rental price :) We all share these areas and appreciate the clean living environment that results from such personal care and habits. Smoking outside in backyard ONLY. Please respect neighbors and neighborhood and do not litter cigarette butts. Guests have full access to common areas including living room, laundry and kitchen. Quiet hours and kitchen close 9pm-7am Sun-Thurs as we are all working professionals.
