The Galaxy Express Nahama is on the Miura Peninsula, about a 90min drive from Tokyo. You can enjoy an outdoor life, get away from the busy city, and relax in nature. BBQ grills, bonfire pits, outdoor baths, and saunas are available. Suitable for long-term stays: equipped with a refrigerator, washer/dryer (in the common space), Wi-Fi, and a work desk. You can have a BBQ if you just bring your own ingredients. The special discount rate for guests is ¥15,000 (excluding tax), which is a great deal. There is no limit to the amount of time you can use the BBQ during your stay. If you use the service, we will send you an invoice for the extra charge through the Airbnb system. ■Pets that have completed potty training can stay overnight. Please note that if the room becomes dirty or smells, you will be charged a professional cleaning fee of 22,000 yen (excluding tax). ■As our facility is located along the coast, it is often affected by weather, temperature, wind, rain, sand, etc. Although we do our best to satisfy our customers, natural phenomena such as these may make it impossible to have a BBQ, or equipment may get wet from the rain or accumulate sand. Except for when weather warnings are issued, schedule changes or cancellations cannot be made due to normal wind and rain. ■About tsunami countermeasures. The mountain behind our facility is a hill 33 meters above sea level, and you can reach the top in about 5 minutes on foot. In the case of the Great East Japan Earthquake, the shortest time from the issuance of the tsunami warning to the arrival of the tsunami was 26 minutes. Therefore, if a tsunami warning is issued due to a large earthquake, there is plenty of time to evacuate. ■Although the room (trailer house) is securely secured with wire ropes, wind noise and shaking may occur. ■If a storm warning (average wind speed on land is 25m/s or higher) is officially issued, we will give a full refund and cancellation, with the safety of our guests as our top priority.
