You will receive a phone message to arrange check in instructions and meet us to welcome you and give you the key fobs and keys and provide you with a tour of the apartment • Quiet Residential Community Valentino Golf is a peaceful area. Please respect community rules, keep noise levels low after 10 pm, and avoid loud music by the pool or on the balcony. • Pool Hours & Safety The pools operate during set community hours. No lifeguard is on duty — swimming is at your own risk. Children must be supervised at all times. Pets re not allowed in the pool areas • Parking A private, secure underground parking space is included. Please park only in the designated spot. • Security The complex is fully gated with controlled access. For everyone’s safety, do not let unknown people follow you inside the building. • Towels & Linens Fresh towels and linens are provided. Pool/beach towels may be provided depending on length of stay. • Long Stays The apartment is suitable for longer stays (up to 3 months).
