The apartment is right in the town center of Brixen im Thale, close to all amenities. The ski lift (1 km) gives access to one of the largest ski areas in Austria: SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser – Brixental. The ski bus stops in front of the apartment. The space In a prime location in the town center of the charming village of Brixen im Thale, you will find the small-scale apartment complex Residenz Brixental. The building has a number of apartments and was built in 2019. The apartment is on the 1st floor. The whole unit is spacious and luxuriously furnished. Along the back side, you will find a sunny south-facing balcony that offers a fantastic view of the Choralp. The gondola with connection to the ski area SkiWelt Wilderkaiser-Brixental is a few minutes drive away. The ski bus stops in front of the apartment. You can get on here in the direction of the Westendorf area, or on the other side in the direction of High Brixen, both part of the Wildekaiser-Brixental ski area. The Tanzerabfart (valley descent) ends just over 150 meters on the opposite side of the apartment. There are numerous restaurants and stores in the immediate vicinity of the house. The free ski bus is diagonally opposite the apartment. Other things to note The tourist tax is €2.00 ppp. from 16 years of age. The deposit will be refunded.
