Beautiful apartment located 5 minutes away by foot from the train station “Le Val d’Or” which takes you in 6-minutes to La Defense and in 19-minutes to St Lazare (Central Paris). Our apartment is ideal for families/friends wishing to visit Paris and is especially perfect for travelers who love cats. We propose an attractive price in exchange that our guests take care of our cat “Mimi” during their stay. Mimi is 6 years old. He is very sweet, loves people and moreover loves to play and be cuddled The space The appartment is located on the sixth floor out of 9 which you can access by elevator. Every day you'll get to enjoy the view of the hippodrome, the golf course and amazing sunsets. Infront of the residence you will find a parc called "jardin de l'avre" great for kids or for a morning walk. Guest access As this is our main residence, we'll ask you to please respect some areas that are private (where we have our personal items). Other things to note Taking care of Mimi includes: feeding him every morning. Changing his water and cleaning his litter once a day. Rules: no more than 6 people are allowed in the apartment. Unless requested in advanced. No parties. No smoking. Please leave the apartment clean&tidy - as you found it.
