Room #3 In Quiet 3BD House

This is 1 of the 3 bedrooms in the house with a single sized bed in the room. This room is great for solo travelers and business travelers. Toiletries (shampoo, body wash, hand soap, towel) will be provided. This home is located in the center of Bay Area and close to HWY 880/580, Bridge 92 & 84 to San Mateo, Mountain View & Palo Alto. Near by bus stop, two BART stations, grocery stores and restaurants within 1 mile radius. The space A single family home with 3 Bedroom & 2 Bathroom with Kithen, Laundry, Dining, and Living Room Area. During your stay I usually don't interact much with my guests unless my guests have questions. It's recommended that all guests download Airbnb app on their phone. I communicate with my guests mostly through the app, but I am also available by text and phone call. I handle emergencies and general questions quickly. Other things to note -No additional guest other than those in the reservation is allowed in the house. -No shoes in the house.. -No smoking near house premises (including the backyard patio). -Cooking is not allowed, however you are welcome to use the fridge & microwave. -Washer/dryer is not available for use. -No paper towels or feminine products in the toilet. -Quiet hours from 9pm-7am.
