3,500+ sq ft log cabin fully furnished w/ample space for cooking, eating, lounging, gathering, playing, sleeping, etc. Leech lake across the street! Brand new installed AC/Heat mini split systems! Whipholt Beach is 1/3 mile down the road providing boat launching/lake access! WiFi, full kitchen, dishes, appliances, 3 flat screen TVs w/hundreds of movies + internet! Gas grill. Perfect location for boating, fishing, indoor and outdoor activities! Please, no parties or events. The space The main floor has a full bathroom with tub/shower and a laundry room with washer and dryer. Large kitchen with electric stove, microwave, dishwasher, lots of dishes/utensils, refrigerator and small appliances. 55" smart TV with hundreds of DVDs to play in the living room along and wifi! Newly installed min-split systems provide AC and heat! New sofa in the living room, six rockers/recliner chairs plus a walk out balcony to the back of the cabin where we the gas grill. Upstairs has 3 couches around another 55" smart TV plus a game room with blackjack table, poker table and foosball table. There is also a beautiful walkout balcony overlooking the neighborhood and Leech Lake area. Full bathroom with shower/tub. Upstairs bedroom has 5 beds, a full closet plus a walk out balcony. Plenty of blankets available for use and lots of fold out chairs available stored under the main floor stairway. The basement is upgraded with a new carpeted floor and a bathroom with standup shower. A fantastic play area as well as two private bedrooms with two beds in each room. The play area has a pull-out couch, bunk beds and a futon. There is also a spare fridge for the extra food and drinks! There are 3 kayaks available for use (2 kid kayaks and one tandem adult kayak). There is also a paddle board. Parking available for up to 5 vehicles in the front plus a spot for a boat trailer or two more vehicles in the back. Please know this is a cabin near the lake and woods. Please bring your own bug spray, sunscreen, and other personal requirements for staying safe and comfortable with nature. Thank you! Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house. Parking available on the property. If you have a boat trailer, it can be parked in back. Five cars can fit on the front of the property. If you have more than five vehicles, make sure they are all parked either in front of the cabin, in the back two spots where boat trailers can go, or other arrangements are made as parking in front of other cabins is not allowed. Guests have access to the lake via a shared stairwell directly across the cabin. You can also use the public beach down the road for swimming, picnicking or use the public access to launch your boat. Other things to note If you have any questions about the area, please feel free to ask. There are a couple of bars/restaurants nearby, the casino is seven miles down the road and downtown Walker is a 20 minute drive.
