Charming studio with yard & parking in Bak'a

Cozy and comfortable, and well equipped - includes private bathroom and a beautiful yard; located in a green, quiet street, but very central - only a few minutes walk from the lively Emek Refaim and Bethlehem Roads, both of which offer shopping, restaurants, busses. 2 minutes away from the "rail park" פארק המסילה where you can walk, run or sit and have something to eat or drink while surrounded by trees and people. The space Cozy room, conveniently furnished including air condition, refrigerator, microwave, single burner for cooking, wifi, private bathroom with shower. The room is in the backyard of our apartment, the backyard itself is quiet, private and nice to sit in. There is an outdoor kitchen sink in the backyard (outside) for washing and drying the dishes and storing kitchen utensils. Guest access Guests may use our washing machine under certain restrictions (up to two free loads a week, at times that will be agreed upon). Other things to note We have a dog (she's very kind and sweet :-). Most of the time she's not there, but sometimes stays with us for a few days. To access the room guests have to go through our apartment, including some stairs. The place is not suitable for more than one person. Please notice: Currently a building across the street is being renovated which may cause some noise during the day. There is no bomb shelter in our building, when necessary we go to a public shelter in a building nearby.
