I offer hospitality in outbuilding with all the comfort , set in beautiful context . It is located on a property that also includes the big house, the pool and a large olive grove. It consists of a nice double bedroom,a bathroom,a large living room with double sofa bed and kitchenette,patio equipped with table and chairs. All furnishings are new and in perfect condition. Guests are allowed to use the pool, shared with the property,NOT EXCLUSIVE USE. The space The location is magnificent, the large house and the annex are set in an olive grove, with garden and pool. Guests will stay in the annex, which consists of a large double bedroom, a bathroom with shower, a large and bright living room with fireplace, with double sofa bed and kitchenette fully equipped with dishes and everything you need in the kitchen. Outside, private patio equipped with table and chairs. Daily cleaning is the responsibility of the guest, the final one included in the price. Bedding and towels are provided by the house, the bath linen will be changed every two days, except for special requests (for a fee). Guests will be provided free of charge for daily cleaning. The residence is exclusively reserved for guests aduti for reasons of peace and security, no pets allowed The residence is exclusively reserved for adult guests for the good of peace and safety, pets not allowed Guest access Guests will have access to the pool, and will be able to enjoy the produce of the garden and fruit trees. The outdoor space of the manor house is reserved for the family. Beach towels are not provided, but there are sun loungers and lounge chairs available. Other things to note The annex is in the countryside but, by car, a few minutes from the beautiful sea of the Salento coast. Numerous beaches, both free and equipped, just a few kilometers from the residence. In addition, given the strategic location, guests will have the opportunity to visit the most beautiful and interesting places in the Region during the day, returning in the evening without any problems. The absolute need to have a vehicle available for travel is reiterated.
