Included is a premium kitchen that opens up to a light and airy living room. Located in a quiet family neighborhood just 10 blocks, a quick drive from Grover Beach, and 2 miles to Pismo Beach. A short drive away is the village of Arroyo Grande, local hot springs, and wineries. Sunday concerts and farmers markets occur June - Sept. at Ramona Garden Park, a half block away. Enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon glass of wine on the tranquil front patio while enjoying the unique landscaping, art features, and water fountain. Free street parking is available. Guest access Upon entering the home through your own private entrance, you will find one spacious bedroom and an enclosed Den, 1 bedroom with queen bed, sheets, blanket, pillows and comforter. One full bathroom with two sinks, a bathtub and shower including bath and beach towels. A full premium kitchen is stocked with dishes, flatware, glasses, pots & pans, utensils, mixing bowls, coffeemaker, kettle and toaster. Appliances include gas cooktop, oven, dishwasher, microwave and refrigerator. The kitchen opens up into the living room where you will find a sofa, chairs, coffee table and flat screen T.V. and Roku. Wireless internet is available. You have a private, separate entrance onto property and free street parking. Guest house is attached to main residence by two soundproof hotel suite doors, dead bolted from each side to ensure privacy. Other things to note California is experiencing a drought, and therefore Grover Beach is under restricted water usage. Please be mindful of conserving water.
