Completely separate from the main house, fully alarmed & has it's own entrance with secure parking behind electric gate. Guests have access to the pool by arrangement only when there are no guests in the main house. The studio is sunny, bright and comfortable. Sliding doors lead onto private breakfast & barbeque area. We apply the strictest hygiene protocols. The space Corner House separate entrance is tastefully decorated and homely. Set in the quiet and peaceful, leafy suburb of Kirstenhof, the cottage is sunny and warm even on Winter days. Spotlessly clean with luxury cotton bed linen, fluffy towels and your own en suite bathroom with shower makes for a 5 star experience. Conveniently situated between the magnificent Constantia Valley wine route, 5 minutes away from popular hiking trails and forest walks and a mere 10 minutes drive away from Muizenberg Beachfront. Your stay includes a complimentary tea and coffee tray. Guest access Our pool, main braai and lapa area is for exclusive use to guests or residents in the main house only. The pool may only be used by arrangement by guests in the cottage when the main house is unoccupied. The interleading door to the pool area is kept locked for security reasons and to give guests in both the main house and cottage complete privacy. The cottage accommodation has it's own private, small but pretty undercover braai area, your own flat screen smart television and uncapped wifi. The small but adequate kitchenette has a bar fridge, kettle, toaster, microwave, table top oven/stove combo and is equipped with crockery & cutlery. There are beautiful world class restaurants just around the corner as well as cinemas and shopping malls within easy walking distance. Other things to note Please advise me of your arrival time prior to your visit so that I can meet you on arrival to get you checked in. No parties, loud music, pets, other guests or sleepovers allowed. Please adhere to our quiet time after 10pm for the comfort of guests in the main house and neighbors.
