Your Room is Ready! Private Bath, No Cleaning Fee

This quiet, comfortable room is in the lower level of our home. Centrally located in a residential neighborhood easily accessed from I-82 and Rt. 240, we are just minutes from most Tri-Cities attractions, the Convention Center, hospitals, wineries, airport, and major local employers. Hosts are fully vaccinated and prefer vaccinated guests as well. In the traditional Airbnb style, we enjoy meeting with our guests over a cup of tea/coffee but understand if privacy is preferred. The space The bedroom is located downstairs adjacent to the private guest bathroom. The bedroom features modern comfort with vintage accents. You will find a comfortable bed and cozy bathrobes in the closet. There is also ample space for your belongings in the closet, dresser, and antique buffet. The room features wi-fi, TV (Roku with Paramount+ and Sling TV along with an Over-The-Air antenna); books, and games make the room complete! The bedroom also features a large window looking out at the park-like back yard. The bathroom includes a unique two-head shower and is well stocked with any items you may have forgotten. Guest access In addition to the private bedroom and bath, guests are welcome to use the kitchen and will be provided space to store their items in the family refrigerator and cabinets. The laundry room washer and dryer are also available to use at no charge. Unscented laundry detergent and dryer sheets are provided. Guests will enter through the front door. There is a keypad entry system. You will have a unique code allowing access at any time. The house is a split-entry style, therefore, both front entry and room access requires use of stairs. The entry is shared with the hosts. Your private bedroom and bath are located on the lower level. During your stay We are live-in hosts and will be on the premises most of the time. Our house is a split-entry design and we spend most of our time upstairs. The Airbnb room and bath are downstairs. Both Jim and Terri work from home in the upper level of the house.
