Lovers of winter sports, hiking, mountain biking, or simply looking for nature and calm, our accommodation is for you! Only 3 minutes by car from the city center, the lake and shops, you can enjoy both the calm of the mountain and the proximity of all amenities. BED LINEN AND CLEANING OPTIONAL The space Looking for a cozy mountain apartment, a rare location in Gérardmer, and close to all amenities? Whether you're a couple or a family, then this apartment is for you! It is centrally located in the Mauselaine resort, at the foot of the slopes, with beautiful mountain views! In winter, you will only have to put on your skis when you go through the door, both for the alpine area and the Nordic area (skating, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing). In summer, you will be in a quiet area, close to nature, and in the heart of the Gérardmer trail station! A free private parking space and a cellar will allow you to store your equipment (skis, sleds, bicycles, suitcases, etc.). With its area of 35 m2, it has a separate bedroom with double bed, wardrobes, mountain corner with bunk bed in the entrance (top bed prohibited for children under 6 years old), bathroom with shower tub, washing machine and separate toilet. You will be comfortably seated in the living room with its television, its large south-facing balcony and a direct view of the ski slopes and in particular the school slopes to supervise the children! 4G coverage is guaranteed. The equipped kitchen will be of great comfort to you with its traditional oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge freezer! Not to mention the necessities for raclette, fondue and a Senseo coffee machine. A sofa bed will allow the apartment to accommodate up to 6 people. We can provide you with optional bed linens at the rate of €10/person. We do not provide bath towels. Cleaning fee: €40 if we have to do it. If necessary, the apartment must be returned in the condition it was in.
