In the Cabo de Gata National Park, 15 minutes from the most beautiful beaches of the Mediterranean, a quiet, noise-free farmhouse in the middle of nature, La Hierbaluisa, is restored according to the characteristics of the area, mud, tiles, reeds, stone, with the same cisterns as centuries ago, a stone oven, olive trees, almond trees, fig trees, ... But at the same time, the best-known beaches and villages for walking, eating tapas, or buying pottery are just ten minutes away. Only then do you return to a quiet place to sleep without noise and almost always with a cool breeze at sunset. With a beautiful bedroom in the wooden loft, with hand-embroidered cotton sheets, it leaves no one indifferent. Downstairs in the living room area, on one side the kitchen-dining room, and at the other end, a sitting area, with a 140 futon sofa bed, TV, DVD, music, WiFi, board games, a fan for summer and winter, and a cast iron stove to spend cooler nights with a good fire. Guest access We are on the side of a hill, the last farmhouse, and the plot has 5,000 meters. In the near the house, we have cisterns, fruit trees, and several tables in different corners, although each house has an individual porch where you can have breakfast, lunch, dinner, or simply watch the stars. The barbecue can be used in winter, but not in summer. At the Hierbaluisa farmhouse, we allow pets, always after talking to the owner, and for that service, we have a supplement of 5 euros per pet. We don't have any extra charge for cleaning, but pets usually mean more work.
