At Aunt Hanneke's "de Lanterfanter" with hot tub

Welcome to Tante Hanneke in Maasbommel! Are you looking for a nice cozy and comfortable place? Ideal for families, friends, but also wonderful for the two of you. Beautiful place with a large (play) garden, meadow, hot tub (optional €50 per day), pizza oven, fire pit and BBQ. With a nice veranda where you can enjoy the whole afternoon under the sun.😎 The cottage is located on recreation area “the Golden Ham” (100m), here you can bike, hike, swim, sail, eat out, bowl, water sports, etc. The space In our former farmhouse, we have made a cozy but comfortable cottage. The cottage is packed with amenities. Layout Ground floor: toilet and kitchen 1st floor: 1 bedroom with a double bed 140x200, a bathroom and behind it another double bed 160x200. Attic (height 1.5 m): double bed 140x200 (for children) Total: 36m2 The cottage has its own garden with veranda and private hot tub. Our (spacious) 6-seat hot tub can be booked as an additional option. The hot tub is filled for you with fresh water and heated. The price is €65 per day. (2 to 3 hours of heating for 38 degrees:) There is a shared pizza wood oven available. For the pizza oven, we sell delicious pizza dough balls and sauce. Furthermore, there is a playground, large (play) garden, tree house and cable car on the common grounds. You can also use our shared greenhouse. Here you can play games and chill by the wood-burning stove. Spread over the property are 3 more guest houses. These guests also have their own private garden, but you may meet each other in the shared greenhouse or (play) garden. Sometimes something fun is organized by us, such as a tasting or pizza party. Guest access The cottage (with its own entrance) is made in the old farmhouse barn, you don't need to share anything here. You can also use the playground and meadow/garden. Other things to note On Sundays, you can also check out a little later in consultation. :) The cottage is rented out including towels, bed linen, tea towels, hand soap, toilet paper and some basic supplies such as: salt, pepper, oil, detergent, etc. A Nespresso coffee machine is available. Our 6-seat hot tub can be booked as an additional option. If desired, the hot tub is filled with fresh water and heated for you. The price is €65 per day. Lighting a fire (or making pizzas) is only allowed with clean and dry wood in the designated places. We sell firewood for €6.50 per bag. Please note this cottage is not intended for parties. We don't want to be a burden to our neighbors, so we want it to remain quiet after 10 p.m. Even during the day, loud music is not allowed. Rent a bike? That's very easy at Riverside, with pick-up and drop-off service! Feel free to ask us about the possibilities. We have 1 sweet dog. It often runs loose on the property. On Thursday nights, there is live music every other week. Eefje then jams with her band. We live in front of the yard, in the back of the farm. Occasionally, we organize something fun and our guests stay in, for example, a tent on the meadow. Of course, we consider each other. Four more guest houses have been built on the farm's property. These guests may also use the shared greenhouse and (play) garden. The garden and the rest of the yard also need maintenance during the bookings or something new is being built. It may happen that work has to be done. Of course not in the guest house : )
