The house is all on one level with 2 stairs up to front door and 2 small steps to patio. There are no interior stairs, making this property very family friendly. One of the bedrooms features a dedicated work space. The house also has WiFi and 2 Smart TVs for streaming. Pet Rule: 1 small-medium Dog only. 99/day. Must stay off of beds and couch. Not allowed to be left in the house alone. Only Front yard available for potty breaks. You must clean up after your dog. Extra fees will be added if animal waste is found in yard. Guest access You will have access to the drive way as well as free street parking in front of and on the side of the house. Other things to note This house is 420 friendly. There is a great dispensary walking distance from the house. We have a private patio right off the kitchen that we allow smoking on. We do not allow smoking in the house. You may hear a voice if you are on your private patio, the artist does not have access to any guest dedicated areas. The artist is not in the workshop very much, so you most likely wont hear anything. The artist only has access to the workshop through the back entrance via the side yard, so not to worry about sharing any spaces!
