It also boasts French Doors leading to its own patio with table and chairs for the guest's exclusive use. Guest access Located at the foot of Leith Hill and Leith Hill Tower (climb the 78 steps to the top and you're at the highest point in South East England) and in an area of outstanding natural beauty (AONB), this is an ideal base to explore the miles of trails through woodland, heathland and farmland. Close by beauty spots include Box Hill, Newlands Corner and Silent Pool (with its award winning Gin distillery). The Sussex Border path passes just outside of the village and runs for 150 miles in total! Other things to note Located between the Market towns of Dorking and Horsham, it is also ideally situated for Gatwick Airport (25 mins) and is 40 minutes from the South Coast...and beach! Local amenities include two pubs in the village, a small convenience store and a wonderful Farm Shop selling local produce.
