Full kitchen, gas fireplace and a 55" TV with Roku, that allows you to log into your own accounts and log out when you leave. Shuttle stop is very close. No additional fees for pets and the 12% Placer County transient tax is factored into the price. The space Our condo is in the Gold Bend community of Northstar. The 2 bedrooms and bathroom are on the 1st floor. The full-size kitchen and living area are on the 2nd floor. The kitchen has a full-size oven/range, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave. Please note that if you use paper towels, you should bring them. We limit our use of single-use paper/plastics (except toilet paper). The living area has a large sofa, armchairs, and a gas fireplace. The 55" TV with Roku allows you to log into your own Netflix, Amazon, Hulu, etc. accounts and automatically log out when you leave. Strong wifi throughout. The dining table fits 6 on two benches. Air conditioning is with a window unit in the 2nd-floor living room. There are decks off the living room and master bedroom. Fresh sheets, towels, and other amenities. Large capacity washer and dryer. The Northstar shuttle runs year round and stops 100 yds from the condo. Our guests have access to the Northstar Homeowners Association Clubhouse with family and lap pools, hot tubs, and a gym. A fee of $10 is paid at the desk. The listing states that there are security cameras on site. The only camera is a Ring camera at the front door. There are no cameras inside the house. Guest access The condo comes with access to the homeowners' clubhouse with year-round pools, hot tubs, gyms, and tennis courts. The clubhouse has a private parking area. It's $10/day for guests.
