One and a half bedroom garden apartment in Bellevue hill with ocean views. The apartment is in a long line at the bottom of a block of 11, fronting onto a beautiful green garden with expansive views out to the district and ocean. The space The apartment is in a long line fronting a beautiful green garden, with bathroom and kitchen at one end, moving through a lounge room, open study area with ottoman single bed and then through to the main bedroom. The main bedroom with queen bed has shutter doors for privacy, however please note that the third bed is a full size pull-out single bed in an open (non-private) area of the apartment. The main bedroom has large wardrobes and plenty of drawers, with a window seat in front of a window framed with a jasmine bush. The second bedroom / study area has a bean bag, single bed and writers desk with chair, mirrors and plenty of shelving. The lounge room has a comfortable sofa and large tv, with Foxtel, Apple TV and Netflix available. The kitchen is well-stocked and spacious and has a dining table that seats 2/3. Gas cooktop, electric oven, microwave and large fridge/freezer. The bathroom is off the kitchen and incoprorates an internal laundry (no dryer, although there is plenty of covered space to hang washing just outside around the corner), large sink, shower and toilet. The outside area consists of a large grass lawn and paved area and there is a table and chairs on the terrace to relax and take in the view. Other things to note The apartment is available on a short term basis over Christmas and New Year 2015/2016. It is my home at the moment, so will not be entirely 'empty' when you stay (like a holiday let would be) - there may be some personal effects in the property - just as if you were staying at a friend's house!
