Description
The space Ca' Bertu' is located near interesting medieval historic villages such as Castello di Serravalle, Monteveglio, Bazzano and other small towns in the province of Bologna, often venues of festivals aimed at understanding the territory and its typical products. You can therefore easily find restaurants and trattorias in the area where you can taste traditional Emilian cuisine. But not only that, we are close to Bologna and Modena and not far from Ferrara, Ravenna, Parma, Mantua, all very interesting cities. The Ca' Bertu' Agriturismo, located in the verdant Samoggia Valley, on the Bolognese hills (250 m . s.l.m.), awaits you to make you spend a pleasant stay away from traffic in an oasis of peace and tranquility. Located inside a tower house, a building of historical importance as a typical example of the architecture of the Comacini masters, highly specialized bricklayers from the Como area. Between the 12th and 14th centuries they built many houses of this type in these areas. It was once the home of the farmers who cultivated the large surrounding land. The house is still located today within an agricultural company of 70 hectares of land cultivated with arable land, vineyards and partly forest. The farmhouse is therefore located in a quiet area, far from sources of disturbance, a possible starting point for relaxing walks on foot or by bicycle during which you can easily meet fawns, hares, squirrels and see the buzzard flying in the sky it nested on the mountain in front of Ca' Bertu'. You can enjoy a good buffet breakfast served on the porch. Registration Details IT037061B5UH3U7D46
