Located in Cordon "balcony of Mont-Blanc", 3 minutes by car from the center of the village and its shops, 10 minutes from Sallanches and Combloux, 15 minutes from Megève, and 30 minutes from Chamonix. The space The chalet is new. It offers a magnificent view of the Mont-Blanc mountains. This is our main home. It's well-equipped. There are accessible walks from the chalet to the Cordon peaks. In winter, a free shuttle takes you from the start of the road to the Cordon ski slopes. 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 with bathtub, 1 with shower), 2 toilets (including 1 in bathroom), large living room - dining room, overlooking terrace. Barbecue. Guest access You will have access to all rooms of the chalet, except office, cellars, and pantry, rooms in which we store our belongings. From July 10 to 26, I will be residing in the apartment located under the chalet. Other things to note CLEANING: Guests must leave the cottage in the same clean and tidy condition as when they arrived. All linens and towels should be removed upon checkout and placed in the entrance. Garbage cans must be emptied, and dishes stored and clean. Flocon is quite scared and does not enter the house. Alpha did not hesitate to come in through his flap.
