Renovated 17th century Charentais house in a large property with a swimming pool and two donkeys. Ideal for a quiet and bucolic stay in the countryside, walking, cycling or canoeing on the banks of the Charente, amid vineyards, in the land of Cognac, crossing pretty villages with Romanesque churches and why not drive a little further to the ocean, 1 hour 15 minutes from there... The space House of 150 m2 on two levels, it is composed on the ground floor of a large kitchen with a dining area and a relaxation area overlooking the garden, and a living room with wood stove and a bedroom (1 double bed) on the mezzanine. Upstairs: toilet, bathroom and large bedroom with 1 double bed and 2 small beds. You can enjoy a terrace and a garden not overlooked. Guest access The cottage is located in a quiet village, halfway between Angoulême and Cognac, 5 minutes from the small town of Rouillac where you will find all the shops. You will have a separate entrance with parking.
