Charente house of the 17th century renovated in a large property with a swimming pool and two donkeys. Ideal for a quiet and bucolic stay in the countryside, walking, biking or canoeing along the banks of the Charente, among the vineyards, in the land of Cognac, crossing pretty villages with Romanesque churches and why not drive a little further to the ocean, 1h15 from there... The space House of 150m2 on two levels, it is composed on the ground floor of a large kitchen with a dining area and a relaxation area overlooking the garden, and a living room with wood stove and a bedroom (1 double bed) in mezzanine. Upstairs: toilet, bathroom and large bedroom with 1 double bed and 2 small beds. Guests can enjoy a terrace and a garden not overlooked. Guest access The cottage is located in a quiet village, halfway between Angoulême and Cognac, 5 minutes from the small town of Rouillac where you will find all the shops. You will have a separate entrance with parking.
