This newly refurbished studio flat is in the depths of South Shropshire, just below an Iron Age hill fort; a beautiful rural setting. It has private entrance via your own balcony and footpaths from the garden gate - bring walking boots! We are off grid and remote (but with wifi and newly fitted kitchen area) - perfect for peace, tranquility, bird watching and star gazing. Walk 45 minutes to Clun; drive 30 mins to historic Ludlow. We're half a mile from the road, reached by a track. The space The studio flat and adjoining shower room are private and self-contained. There is a balcony with seating, lighting and stunning views; the lovely garden is there to share and enjoy. Access is up an outside staircase next to your own parking space. The water supply is spring fed. We are 'off grid' so electricity comes via solar and batteries and occasionally generator; it is reliable! We love dogs (we have two ), but not on the bed please! Guest access Guests have their own key to the flat and we do not access it while they are there. Other things to note You will find everything you need for a simple breakfast in the kitchen!
